The invention particularly relates to an EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer) packaging adhesive film capable of improving light spectrum conversion efficiency of a solar cell module. The EVA packaging adhesive film is formed by mixing the following components by weight: 80-150 parts of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 0.5-1.5 parts of a cross-linking agent, 0.1-1 parts of an assistant cross-linking agent, 0.1-0.5 parts of antioxidant, 0.1-1 part of ultraviolet absorbent, 0.1-1s part of light stabilizer, 0.3-1.5 parts of a coupling agent and 0.005-0.3 parts of light spectrum conversion material. According to the EVA packaging adhesive film, owing to addition of the light spectrum conversion material, the ultraviolet light with the wavelength of 300-400 nm can be converted into visible light with the wavelength of 400-550 nm, namely the light spectrum waveband with low quantum efficiency of a crystalline silicon cell is converted to the light spectrum waveband with high quantum efficiency, so that the light spectrum energy is reasonably utilized, and therefore the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell is improved, and the solar cell is beneficial to popularization and development.

Cellulose and nanometer titania composite material, preparation and use thereof

The composite of the cellulose and the nanometer titanium oxide and its preparation method and use are disclosed. Transparent polyimide and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a transparent polyimide material. The transparent polyimide material is obtained by performing condensation polymerization on a 1,4-bi(3,4-dicarboxylic phenoxy)cyclohexane dianhydride monomer and a binary primary amine monomer. Because the dianhydride monomer is in an alicyclic structure, the formation of a charge transfer complex in polyimide molecules and between molecules can be effectively suppressed, and the transparent performance of the polymer is greatly improved; and meanwhile, according to the phthalic anhydride structures at two ends, the high reactivity of the dianhydride is kept. The glass transition temperature of the polyimide film is 200 to 300 DEG C, the ultraviolet absorption cutoff wavelength is 340 to 380nm, the light transmissivity at 450nm is 70 to 90 percent, and the transparent polyimide material has good application prospect in the fields of flexible substrate materials of solar cells, flexible transparent conductive film substrate materials, liquid crystal display materials and the like. The invention also discloses a dianhydride monomer which can be used for preparing the transparent polyimide resin material.

Heated Graphite Scrubber to Reduce Interferences in Ozone Monitors

The present invention provides a means of greatly reducing interferences from mercury vapor, UV-absorbing compounds and water vapor in the measurement of ozone by UV absorbance. A heated graphite scrubber destroys greater than 99% of ozone passing through it while reducing biases from typical atmospheric UV-absorbing interferents by large factors compared to conventional ozone scrubbers. Substitution of a heated graphite scrubber in place of traditional ozone scrubbers such as hopcalite, metal oxides and heated silver scrubbers, results in a more accurate measurement of ozone by reducing the responses to UV-absorbing interferences and water vapor. The heated graphite scrubber also may be used in combination with other ozone sensors, such as electrochemical and HMOS sensors, to provide a reference measurement with ozone selectively removed and thus greatly reduce contributions from interfering species in those measurement devices as well.

Preparation method of industrial alkali lignin/polyvinyl alcohol cross-linked thin film

Alkali lignin is a main by-product of the papermaking industry of our country, and sever environmental pollution will be caused by direct discharge of alkali lignin. The invention discloses a preparation method of an industrial alkali lignin / polyvinyl alcohol cross-linked thin film, so as to increase utilization ratio of lignin, reduce environmental pollution and ease the resource crisis. The industrial alkali lignin / polyvinyl alcohol cross-linked thin film is prepared by following steps, industrial alkali lignin and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) are taken as raw materials, and are crosslinked by a cross-linking agent; and then the mixture is subjected to tape casting so as to obtain the alkali lignin / polyvinyl alcohol cross-linked thin film. An optimized preparation technology is obtained based on mechanical properties. The mechanical properties of the industrial alkali lignin / polyvinyl alcohol cross-linked thin film are better than that of industrial polyvinyl alcohol films; absorption rate on ultraviolet light is about 100%; and transmittance is reduced to a certain degree. Blending compatibility of alkali lignin and PVA is excellent; the surfaces of alkali lignin and polyvinyl alcohol thin films, which are prepared by blending or crosslinking, are smooth; and phase separation is not caused. Thermal stability of the industrial alkali lignin / PVA cross-linked thin film is increased. The industrial alkali lignin / PVA cross-linked thin film can be used as an excellent ultraviolet absorption material, and it is possible to develop a novel specific packaging material or mulching film.

In the measurement method, the decomposition scale and a threshold are determined adaptively by combining empirical mode decomposition with 3sigma criterion, and non-stationary characteristics of differential absorption degree per se can be fully retained, so the spectral interference problem caused by dust, water vapor and background gas in combustion gas is effectively solved; the instantaneous concentration of SO2 is obtained through calculation according to the differential absorption degree after noise reduction and trend term removal, and the total sulfur content accumulated in the coal sample combustion gas is calculated through the gas flow; the sulfur content in the coal can be obtained by dividing the coal sample amount by the total sulfur content separated from the coal sample combustion; and the pretreatment process needed to be performed on the combustion gas by coulometric titration and an infrared absorption method is avoided. The device for measuring the sulfur content in the coal by the ultraviolet absorption spectroscopy comprises a combustion furnace, a measuring chamber, an ultraviolet light source, a spectrometer, an air purifying device, a flow meter, a waste gas treatment device, a computer, and the like.
