A breathing machine and an anaesthetic machine using the aerating system in the technical proposal monitor the pressure of a control branch of the expiratory valve therein and employ the pressure as the basis of the feedback control to effectively avoid the external disturbance, thereby realizing stable and reliable pressure control.

System and method for transmitting data on return path of a cable television system

An optical signal return path system includes a transmitter having a sample clock generator for generating a sample clock and an RF signal receiver for receiving and converting an analog RF data signal into a first data stream of digitized RF data samples at a rate determined by the sample clock. Supplemental channel circuitry provides a second data stream. A multiplexor receives and combines the first data stream and second data stream, and an optical transmitter converting the combined data stream into a serialized optical data signal for transmission over an optical fiber. The second data stream may contain maintenance data reflecting an operational state of the transmitter. A receiver receives the optical data signal and recovers therefrom a digital data stream and an associated first clock having an associated first clock rate. The data stream is stored in a memory device at the first clock rate. A clock generator generates a second clock having an associated second clock rate that is adjusted in accordance with a clock control signal. A control circuit reads data from the memory device at a rate corresponding to the second clock rate and generates a fullness signal that indicates whether the memory device is more full than a predefined threshold fullness level. A clock speed adjusting circuit generates the clock control signal in accordance with the fullness signal.

The invention relates to technology for simultaneously measuring multi-phase flow particles online through multi-parameter, and aims to provide a method and a device for simultaneously measuring droplet positions, particle sizes and a complex refractive index. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) dividing a highly coherent continuous laser beam into two beams after spatial filtering and collimating beam expansion, wherein one beam radiates particles in a detected flow field region, and the other beam is used as a reference beam; (2) mixing scattered light of a lateral 30-degree to 90-degree region of particles in the detected flow field region and the attenuated reference beam to perform interference so as to form a hologram, storing the hologram in a computer after being recorded by a digital camera through an imaging device; (3) acquiring a series of reconstructed images of the detected particles along the depth direction by utilizing digital reconstruction technology; and (4) identifying the reflective spot and the refractive spot of the particles from the reconstructed images by utilizing digital image processing technology so as to acquire space coordinates and scattered light intensity ratios. Compared with rainbow measurement technology, the measurement method has the advantages that: a light path system of the measurement device is relatively simple and is easy to implement.
