The pressure monitoring and controlling device comprises a parameter monitoring and controlling unit, a valve control unit and a master controller, wherein the parameter monitoring and controlling unit includes a first pressure detecting device placed in to the patient terminal gas channel in the gas path system, and a second pressure detecting device for monitoring and controlling the confining pressure of the expiratory valve in the gas path system. A breathing machine and an anaesthetic machine using the aerating system in the technical proposal monitor the pressure of a control branch of the expiratory valve therein and employ the pressure as the basis of the feedback control to effectively avoid the external disturbance, thereby realizing stable and reliable pressure control.

The invention discloses a control method and control system for implementing double horizontal pressures in an air passage. The control method comprises the following steps of: enabling the air inlet end of the air passage to be in a cut-off state or conducting state; enabling the air outlet end of the air passage to be in a cut-off state or conducting state with the external atmosphere by means of an expiratory valve; communicating a control air channel at the control end of the expiratory valve with an air supply source, and keeping the control air channel in a throttling state or full-conducting state, wherein the low-level pressure of the air passage can be set by regulating the throttling quantity of the control air channel in the throttling state; and controlling the state of the air inlet end of the air passage and the state of the control air channel of the expiratory valve in accordance with breath settings and the detected pressure of the air passage. The invention also discloses an anaesthetic machine and breathing machine with the control system. By using the method and system, the invention can completely achieve the functions which can be realized by adopting a proportional valve, an electronic PEEP (Positive End Expiratory Pressure) valve and closed-loop control, and has the advantages of simple design and low cost.

Expiratory valve for respirator

The invention discloses an expiratory vale for a respirator, comprising a valve body which is provided with a valve cavity, an air admission valve port and an air outlet valve port; the air outlet valve port is provided with a valve cover which is internally provided with a membrane; and the valve cavity is internally provided with an air flow sensor. The valve cavity is internally provided with a fluid director which is positioned in the valve cavity between the air admission valve port and the air flow sensor. The valve body is provided with a sensor installation hole which is communicated with the valve cavity. In the proposal, as the valve cavity is internally provided with the air flow sensor, the expiratory valve not only has the uni-directional ventilation function, but also has the expiratory volume measuring function, thus simplifying the structure of the respirator, and lowering the manufacturing cost of the respirator. In addition, the arrangement of the fluid director improves the accuracy of the measurement of the expiratory volume; the arrangement of the installation hole realizes the detachable connection mode of the air flow sensor, and when the valve cavity is cleaned and disinfected, the air flow sensor can be moved out through the installation hole first, thus causing the use and maintenance of the respirator to be convenient.
