The method comprises the following steps of establishing an automatic prestress balance system, applying initial prestress to a reinforcing steel bar sheet which is made of a same material with that of the reinforcing steel bar in the concrete, and embedding the reinforcing steel bar sheet into a concrete structure; arranging continuous strain measuring points on different heights of the reinforcing steel bar sheet, and monitoring the stress state of the area in which the strain measuring points are arranged; and forming a plane stress state on the reinforcing steel bar sheet, generating stress concentration after the reinforcing steel bar sheet is locally corroded, and reflecting the initial rusting time, rusting rate and rusting degree of the reinforcing steel bar according to the strain variation of the continuous measuring points on the different heights of the cross section. The reinforcing steel bar sheet can be embedded in different depths from the surface of the concrete, and the monitoring and rusting risk evaluation on the rusting degree of the reinforcing steel bar and the stress state of the embedded area in the different depths can be realized. The method is not subjected to the influence of ambient factors such as different ions, temperature and humidity in the concrete and is particularly suitable for evaluating the rusting risk and the rusting degree of the reinforcing steel bar in the reinforced concrete structure in a wave erosion environment wave splashing area and a tidal range zone.

A top panel of the box body is provided with a lifting device. A test sample hanger, ultraviolet lamp tubes and corrosion medium testing tanks are arranged in the box body. The bottom of the test box body is provided with a clapboard with holes. The testing tanks for containing corrosion mediums are arranged on the clapboard with the holes. Seawater or other corrosion mediums are contained in the corrosion medium testing tanks. A heater and a temperature sensor are arranged in a space between the clapboard with the holes and the bottom surface of the box body. Clear water is filled in a testing box to carry out water bath temperature control; when test samples are all soaked in the corrosion mediums, the corrosion environment in the tide rising process of the ocean is simulated; and when the test samples are lifted up to leave from the liquid levels and are irradiated by ultraviolet light, the corrosion environment irradiated by the sunlight in the tide ebbing process of the ocean is simulated. Therefore, according to the experimental apparatus, the influence of alternation of wetting and drying of the seawater and the sunlight irradiation is comprehensively considered, the simulated corrosion environment is closer to the actual corrosion environment, and the experimental foundation is provided for researching a tide range region corrosion protection technology.

The invention discloses a method for automatically cleaning a seawater fence breeding netting underwater. A set of device is additionally arranged on the outer side of a fence breeding netting; for the device, according to the difference of seawater depths in a breeding sea, two or more rows of strip floater net scrapers are vertically pulled to form a distance according to a tidal range and are mutually parallel; the strip floater net scrapers are sequentially and vertically connected through hanging ropes; and the lower part of each hanging rope is connected with a seabed sinker. The fence netting is segmented into a plurality of zones by transverse stay cords; and the vertical distance of each zone is equal to an average tidal range of a sea area where the netting is positioned, and steel reinforcing sinkers are assembled below two transverse stay cords at the lowest part of the netting. Round holes are formed in strip battens of the strip floater net scrapers; and guiding ropes are fixedly arranged at the upper end of the netting, penetrate through the round holes on the strip battens and are sequentially connected with the transverse stay cords on the netting. The device can realize automatic cleaning of the fence netting underwater, depending on the tiding and heaving of sea waves. The method disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that the cleaning cost of the seawater fence breeding netting is reduced, avoidance of labor force, energy consumption and pollution, and zero discharge.

The method comprises the following steps of selecting runoff and tide characteristic indexes; taking tidal range observation stations as target observation stations, utilizing an M-K method, and when the runoff flow of a runoff observation station is greater than a certain flow level and the occurrence frequency of the flow level in a hydrologic P (as shown in the specification) type curve of the corresponding runoff observation station exceeds 90%: if the fact that UF or UB exceeds a confidence interval a=0.95 always exists, calling reaches of the target tidal range observation stations as perennial runoff control reaches, and otherwise, calling the reaches of the target tidal range observation stations as non-perennial runoff control reaches; and for the target tidal range observation stations of the non-perennial runoff control reaches, judging seasonal runoff control reaches and perennial tide control reaches by utilizing the MK method on the basis of flood season or dry season runoff flows and monthly tidal range data of each station. According to the method provided by the invention, theoretical support is provided for the construction of water conservancy projects, so that the implementation of related projects in river mouth areas has better pertinence for the runoff and tide control conditions.

The maximal transverse flows of the entrance channel under corresponding cumulative frequencies can be obtained by substituting forecasted tidal ranges under different cumulative frequencies into the formula to be calculated by virtue of the empirical formula according to one-to-one linear relation between the transverse flows and the forecasted tidal ranges of the entrance channel, and the distribution of the cumulative frequencies of the transverse flow can be further obtained; and the maximal forecasted tidal range in a concerned period is obtained according to a tidal table, and the maximal transverse flow of the entrance channel in the period can be obtained by estimating so as to guide design of channel scale and daily management of entering and leaving of ships in a harbor district.

A beach reservoir is built nearby the channel, and the dyke of the reservoir is provided with a water taking gate and a water draining gate; and by using the power of natural tidal range, the water with low sand content on the outer marine surface layer is filled into the reservoir through the water taking gate at a high tide level, and then the water is injected into the channel at a low tide level, so that the method plays an effective role in silt reduction of the channel. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) filling the water with low sand content on the outer marine surface layer into the reservoir through the water taking gate at the high tide level; (2) closing the water taking gate; (3) injecting the water into the channel which needs silt reduction through the water draining gate at the low tide lever; (4) closing the water draining gate when the water injection is finished; and (5) circulating the 1st step after the 4th step is finished till the channel which needs silt reduction achieves silt reduction. According to the method, the sand in the channel is taken away through clean water to effectively reduce the silt of the channel; and effective silt reduction of the channel is realized by adjusting the flow of the water in the channel.
