The invention relates to the technical field of ocean
engineering antifouling, in particular to an ocean antifouling
system based on an
ultrasonic vibration-flexible
polymer network synergistic effect and a using method and application. The marine antifouling
system comprises a flexible
polymer network antifouling interface constructed on the surface of a
metal matrix and an
ultrasonic excitation device. The interface is formed through magnetron
sputtering silicon doping, alkali liquor
hydroxylation,
silane coupling and cross-linking curing; the
ultrasonic excitation device emits ultrasonic
waves through a multi-
transducer combination, and the ultrasonic
waves are superposed in an interface near field to form an unsteady
sound field. The flexible
polymer network interface which can be activated by ultrasonic
waves is constructed, and is deeply coordinated with the frequency-adjustable and unsteady ultrasonic field, so that a dynamic and static integrated anti-
fouling mechanism is constructed, the problems of insufficient static anti-
fouling capacity, limited environmental adaptability, poor
engineering application reliability and the like which are often faced in the traditional marine anti-
fouling technology are remarkably solved, and the anti-fouling effect of the marine anti-fouling
system is improved. The effects that the fouling coverage rate is smaller than 10% during static parking and the fouling
organism desorption rate is larger than 95% under the dynamic working condition are achieved.
