The present invention also constructs a plasmid for highly expressing the C-terminal recombinant protein of Apis mellifera MRJP3. The C-terminal recombinant protein of Apis mellifera MRJP3 produced by using 293F cells can promote the healing of an in vitro wound model constructed by human immortalized keratinocytes, indicating that the C-terminal recombinant protein of Apis mellifera MRJP3 provided by the present invention has good application prospects as a wound healing promoter.
