In the training process, internal rules of a section of sea clutter signals without a target or with a weak target signal are learnt by means of the predictor; in the work process, prediction and counteraction of the sea clutters are achieved by means of signals of a target unit to be detected via the well trained predictor, and accordingly target information is displayed. The method is suitable for sky wave radar.
