The flushing mechanism comprises another tap water pipe communicated with the urine storage barrel, a flushing valve, a flushing water pump and a flushing water outlet, wherein the flushing valve is disposed at a joint of the tap water pipe, which is connected with the urine storage barrel, the flushing water pump is disposed on the tap water pipe, and the flushing water outlet is arranged at the bottom of the urine storage barrel and is communicated with a sewer. The signal source is in signal connection of a remote urine collection monitoring room under triggering control of the float mechanism.

The present apparatus allows a patient to urinate by himself/herself without help of a caregiver, allows a bedridden patient who is unable to wash the urination part by himself/herself to wash the urination part with the cleansing water after urination for sanitary purpose, relieves the mental and economic burdens by minimizing urinary tract infections, and prevents an offensive odor during use by equipping a deodorizing means for removing the offensive odor released through the air outlet of the urine storage unit in which the urine is stored.
