The protein content of the product is 4.8 to 7.8 percent, the total ester is 3.0 to 4.18 g/L, the sugar degree is 100 to 120 g/L, the alcohol degree is 20 to 30 percent, the total acid is 0.2 to 0.60 percent, and the amino acid content is 1.10 to 1.34 mg/ml.
