The invention relates to a method for rehabilitating uranium contaminated soil by use of a functional plant community. According to the method, broussonetia papyrifera and Ilex cornuta, and reed, Pteris multifida Poir and difformed galingale herb (herbaceous plants), which can enrich uranium in the soil are selected to construct a stable plant community with a function of in-situ repairing for uranium contaminated soil, wherein all plants in the plant community can enrich uranium in the uranium contaminated soil and can transport the uranium into an overground part of the plants, thereby achieving the purpose of rehabilitating the uranium contaminated soil. The method comprises the following steps of firstly, performing seed treatment and sowing; secondly, trimming and fertilizing; thirdly, harvesting; and fourthly, treating in a concentrating manner. The method does not need other auxiliary means and is capable of overcoming the disadvantages that the plant species structure is simple, the plant community is instable and easy to degrade, the maintenance cost is high, the plant diseases and insect pests are more and the ecological functions are at a low level when the single plant species is used for repairing the uranium contaminated soil in an existing method, the five plants have synergistic effect, and the repairing efficiency is improved remarkably compared with that of the method adopting the single plant species for rehabilitating the uranium contaminated soil.

Pig feed added with fermentation hybrid broussonetia papyrifera powder and application thereof

The invention discloses a pig feed added with fermentation hybrid broussonetia papyrifera powder and application thereof. The pig feed contains 20-30% of fermentation hybrid broussonetia papyrifera powder. The fermentation hybrid broussonetia papyrifera powder is prepared by the following steps: cutting tail leaves and stalks when the height of the broussonetia papyrifera stalks reaches 1-1.2m, putting the tail leaves and the stalks in cool place for airing for 2 days, then crushing the fresh broussonetia papyrifera leaves and stalks, grinding the broussonetia papyrifera leaves and stalks to be of rice-shaped size, inoculating microorganisms into the broussonetia papyrifera powder, adding carbon source and inorganic salt, split charging, compacting and preserving the broussonetia papyrifera powder in sealed plastic film bags, fermenting and culturing for 5-8 days at room temperature. The broussonetia papyrifera preferably adopts hybrid broussonetia papyrifera. The fermentation broussonetia papyrifera powder in the pig feed has double functions of nutrition and pharmacological activity; the pig feed is high in feeding attraction performance and high in digestion and absorption rate, is capable of meeting the nutrient requirement of rapid growth of live pigs, enhancing the disease resistance of the pigs and greatly improving meat quality and flavor of the pork, and has of great significance in achieving healthy breeding of the live pigs.

Cutting propagation method by utilizing twigs of broussonetia papyrifera

The invention discloses a cutting propagation method by utilizing twigs of broussonetia papyrifera. The method comprises following steps: preparation of a cutting seedbed, collection and pruning of twigs, cutting and management after cutting. By adoption of the mode of inwardly buckling a plastic thin film arched shed in a greenhouse, broussonetia papyrifera tree seedlings can be obtained at high temperature and at high humidity during a one-month cultivation period. The cutting propagation method by utilizing twigs of broussonetia papyrifera has following beneficial effects: seedlings are subjected to cutting propagation operation by utilizing twigs of broussonetia papyrifera so that the advantage of large root amount is obtained; root systems do not only grow around cuts; adventitious roots can explosively grow up under skin of twigs; by adoption of a seedling pot made by non-woven fabric and a cutting medium during transplanting cultivation of seedlings, seedlings can be propagated and planted all the year round; the cutting propagation method is short in a seedling-growing period and a seedling-recovering period after fixed plantation and great in seedling amount per unit area; due to the fact that cutting slips are cut by mother plants of broussonetia papyrifera, strain characteristics do not easily change so that high survival rate is obtained; operation steps are easy; cost is low; and large-scale propagation is easily achieved.

Method for producing paper pulp used in rice paper production by broussonetia papyrifera bark through steam-exploding degumming

The invention belongs to the field of phloem fiber resource utilization, in particular relates to a method for preparing high-quality paper pulp such as rice paper and the like by steam-explosion, degumming and cleaning of broussonetia papyrifera bark. The method comprises the steps as follows: firstly, the steam-explosion treatment of the broussonetia papyrifera bark is carried out; subsequently, rinsing and bleaching are carried out, thus obtaining the high-quality paper pulp. The no-pollution steam-explosion treatment degrades 80% of the pectin and hemicellulose and part of the lignin in the broussonetia papyrifera bark fiber, completely separates the external epidermis (black skin) of the broussonetia papyrifera from the internal layer phloem thereof simultaneously, and removes the black tissue of the external epidermis by the bleaching; furthermore, during the steam-explosion process, the bark fiber is torn to a loose structure, which leads the chemical drug to sufficiently permeate during the bleaching process and improves the whiteness of the paper pulp. The method reduces the industrial cost of the papermaking by broussonetia papyrifera bark, avoids the environmental pollution caused by chemical pulp preparation process and can improve the yield and quality of the paper pulp; and the paper pulp can be used for preparing high-quality paper such as rice paper, bank paper and the like. The invention provides a new method for clean high-value utilization of the broussonetia papyrifera bark resource and generates greater economic and social benefits.

A glabrous leaf paper mulberry white skin pulping method is to immerse glabrous leaf paper mulberry white skin segments (30-50mm) into water for 30 to 60 minutes under the condition of a liquid ratio of 1:6 to 8 and temperature of 60 DEG C. Untwining the glabrous leaf paper mulberry white skin segments into a fiber bundle, then adding cold water according to a liquid ratio of 1:15 to 25 and leading the temperature to descend to 28 to 30 DEG C. Then a fiber bundle is sent to a reaction bin, accessed to anaerobic bacillus (inoculation amount is 3 percent) and reacted for 42 to 48 hours under the temperature of 28 to 32 DEG C. The biodegradation reaction is stopped when reaching a fiber liberation point, after treatment, the subsequent bleaching operation is carried on. Adding nutrient salt into the reaction materials 24 hours later after inoculation (urea 1.5 percent, K2HPO4H2O 1 percent). The invention overcomes defects of large consumption of chemicals, high temperature and high pressure and high pollution load existing in pulping technology by chemical method in the prior art; also, the invention overcomes defects that in the prior art long treatment cycle is needed caused by using biotechnology on raw material treatment, and low hardness and fiber liberation point can not be realized.
