wine brewing technology, specifically disclosing a herbal
kidney-tonifying rice
wine and its preparation method. The rice
wine uses Yangxian glutinous rice and Yangxian
black rice as the main raw materials, combined with ten medicinal and edible herbal ingredients:
Cistanche deserticola,
ginseng,
Polygonatum sibiricum, wolfberry,
Alpinia oxyphylla, Poria cocos,
Rehmannia glutinosa,
Dioscorea opposita, mulberry, and
Eucommia ulmoides leaves. These ingredients are formulated into a medicinal
yeast starter using a specific ratio, and then processed through saccharification,
fermentation, pressing, decoction, aging, and blending. The beneficial effects are: the rice wine of this invention is rich in flavonoids, polysaccharides, ginsenosides, and other active ingredients, exhibiting significant effects in tonifying
kidney yang, replenishing essence and blood, and nourishing the liver and kidneys. Through the combination of principal, assistant, and
adjuvant herbs in the formula and scientific
processing, the functionality and stability of the rice wine are enhanced. Experimental data shows that the rice wine of this invention is superior to ordinary rice wine and commercially available similar products in terms of
active ingredient content,
antioxidant capacity, and
kidney-tonifying function.
