The invention discloses an electric sensing type electric pressure cooker including a nanhead, a power panel, a heating panel and an automatic weight control mechanism, wherein the automatic weight control mechanism includes an inducing source module moving along the pressure in the pressure cooker, a sensor mounted on the profile of the inducing source module, and a controlling chip connected between the sensor and the heating panel. The sensor emits the inducing signals to the controlling chip, and the instruction is emitted by the controlling chip to turn on or turn off the power supply of the heating panel. The invention uses the electric sensing type to control the inner pressure of the cooker, wherein the whole controlling process is of contactless control, simple structure, reliable performance, wide controlling range, high precision, high sensitivity, and the safety performance outbalancing the electric pressure cooker of the traditional controlling mechanism.
