standardization geometric space parameters; then, based on the rated power of a building heating device, temperature sampling is carried out in a building
closed space to obtain temperature rising sampling data and temperature falling sampling data; then,
heat consumption is calculated according to the temperature rising and falling sampling data, and the equivalent
heat transfer area of the building is determined according to the
heat consumption and the space parameters; subsequently, the equivalent
heat transfer coefficient is calculated according to the
heat consumption and the equivalent
heat transfer area, and the building thermal response characteristic is obtained according to the
heat transfer coefficient, the heat transfer area and the
temperature difference between the indoor and outdoor temperatures of the building. Through the parameters and the temperature rising and falling dynamic sampling data, the
heat transfer coefficient and the building thermal response characteristic can be accurately derived, the
bottleneck of the traditional fixed parameter constraint and the lack of dynamic heat transfer characteristics is effectively broken through; meanwhile, the adaptive
adaptation of the building structure can be realized, the accuracy of the building thermal characteristic judgment is improved, and the scene adaptability of the heating is enhanced.
