The invention provides a
flue gas purification, absorption and carbon capture
system which comprises a
cyclone dust remover, a Venturi gas-liquid ultra-mixing module, a
sound wave reinforced filler absorption module, a
cyclone dust collection module, a regeneration
tower and a purification box, and the
cyclone dust remover, the Venturi gas-liquid ultra-mixing module, the
sound wave reinforced filler absorption module and the cyclone dust collection module are sequentially connected. The cyclone
dust collector is connected with the cyclone dust collection module, the
sound wave reinforced filler absorption module is connected with the regeneration
tower, the regeneration
tower is connected with the purification box, the purification box is connected with the Venturi gas-liquid ultra-mixing module, and a dust collection-carbon capture synergistic purification chain is constructed by arranging a function
coupling framework of the cyclone
dust collector, the Venturi gas-liquid ultra-mixing module, the sound wave reinforced filler absorption module, the cyclone dust collection module and the regeneration tower. The occupied area of the
system is reduced, the Venturi gas-liquid ultra-mixing module and the sound wave reinforced filler absorption module replace the function of an absorption tower, the CO2 capture efficiency is improved, and
energy consumption is reduced. The technical problems that in the prior art, a carbon capture
system is long in process, large in occupied area, low in CO2 capture efficiency and high in
energy consumption are solved.
