Use of compound NSC-32 in the prevention and treatment of pyricularia oryzae

The present application relates to the field of plant filamentous fungal disease prevention and treatment, in particular to the application of compound NSC-32 (N-[(5Z)-4-oxo-5-(phenylmethylidene)-2-sulfanylidene-1,3-thiazolidin-3-yl]pyridine-4-carboxamide) in the prevention and treatment of Magnaporthe oryzae. The present application takes MoPex19 protein as a target, screens compound NSC-32, and proves that the compound can inhibit the growth of Magnaporthe oryzae and reduce the pathogenicity of the latter. In addition, the present application also explores the applicable object, use method, target specificity and action mechanism of compound NSC-32, and provides a new green pesticide and new idea for the prevention and treatment of Magnaporthe oryzae.

The invention relates to the field of chemical synthesis, in particular to a rhodanine derivative and a synthesis method and application thereof. Polypeptide mp1 for inhibiting pyricularia oryzae and application thereof

This invention belongs to the field of rice blast disease control technology, specifically relating to a polypeptide MP1 that inhibits rice blast fungus and its application. This invention discloses a polypeptide MP1 that inhibits rice blast fungus, the amino acid sequence of which is shown in SEQ ID NO.1. This polypeptide MP1 has a significant inhibitory effect on rice blast fungus appressoriums; after 24 h, the MP1 polypeptide significantly inhibits the formation of ECs on appressoriums. 50 The concentration was 134.60 μM. Experiments showed that the peptide could effectively interfere with the normal differentiation and development of appressorium, a key stage in the pathogenesis of rice blast fungus, thus exerting strong control potential in the early stages of pathogen infection. The peptide MP1 provided by this invention can significantly reduce the pathogenicity of rice blast fungus to barley and rice, providing experimental evidence for the development of novel biological pesticides for the control of rice blast.

Use of compound cma-80 in the preparation of a medicament for controlling pyricularia oryzae

The application finds that the compound CMA-80 has a remarkable effect in preventing and treating rice blast or / and other pathogenic fungi, can effectively inhibit spore pathogenicity of Magnaporthe oryzae in a concentration range of 3-50 ppm, and especially, the compound CMA-80 at 50 ppm can completely prevent and treat rice blast. The compound CMA-80 adopted in the application has a prevention and treatment effect on rice blast of an in-vitro rice leaf which is remarkably better than that on rice blast of an in-vitro barley leaf at the same treatment concentration. Moreover, the compound CMA-80 of the application can be used as a protective agent at an early stage of Magnaporthe oryzae infection and has a better effect.
