Rhizoctonia is a genus of anamorphic fungi in the order Cantharellales. Species do not produce spores, but are composed of hyphae and sclerotia (hyphal propagules) and are asexual states of fungi in the genus Thanatephorus. Rhizoctonia species are saprotrophic, but are also facultative plant pathogens, causing commercially important crop diseases. They are also endomycorrhizal associates of orchids. The genus name was formerly used to accommodate many superficially similar, but unrelated fungi.

In addition, as the aqueous extract with insecticidal efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicines is added into the organic liquid fertilizer, plant diseases and insect pests of leaf surfaces can be effectively reduced when the fertilizer is applied to the leaf surfaces.

PCR (Polymerase chain reaction) primer capable of simultaneously detecting five soil-borne fungal diseases of wheat paddock and detecting method thereof

The invention discloses a PCR (polymerase chain reaction) primer capable of simultaneously detecting five soil-borne fungal diseases of wheat paddock, wherein the sequence of the rhizoctonia solani primer is as follows: an upstream primer P1: 5'-TCCTCCCGCTTATTGATATGC-3'; and a downstream primer P2: 5'-CGGTTGAGCTGGGTCTTTTA-3'. A multi-PCR detecting system built by the invention can simultaneously detect the five pathogenic funguses such as rhizoctonia cerealis, gaeumannomyces graminis, fusarium graminearum, fake fusarium graminearum and bipolaris sorokinianum. The size of an amplified product segment disclosed by the invention is accordant with an expected result, and five pairs of the primers only can be generated aiming at the target specific stripe and the non-specific stripe, so that the five pathogenic funguses can be well distinguished from one another. The PCR primer is convenient and quick: a sample can be prepared and detected within four hours, and the five pathogens such as the rhizoctonia cerealis, the gaeumannomyces graminis, the fusarium graminearum, the fake fusarium graminearum and the bipolaris sorokinianum can be simultaneously detected; the PCR primer is high in sensitivity: 0.39ng of a pathogen DNA (deoxyribonucleic acid) sample can be detected: and the PCR primer is exact: compared with the conventional separation identifying and symptom identifying method,the PCR primer is higher in the accuracy of the detecting result.

The invention relates to antagonistic bacteria preventing and removing continuous cropping cucumber rhizoctonia rot and a microbial organic fertilizer produced thereby, which belong to the technologies of agricultural intensified production. The antagonistic bacteria NJN43 with the significant antagonistic effect for original fungi of the cucumber rhizoctonia rot is obtained by separation, the antagonistic bacteria and an organic compost are mixed for preparing the microbial organic fertilizer, the fertilizer contains more than 1 multiplied by 10<8>/g of antagonistic microbes, the content of total nitrogen is 4-5% (more than 90% is organic nitrogen), the total content of nutrients of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium is 6-10% and the content of organic matters is 30-35%. Tests show that the microbial organic fertilizer can lead the antagonistic bacteria to be rapidly propagated after being applied into the soil and form heterotic groups in the soil, and the biological rate for preventing and treating the rhizoctonia rot in the continuous cropping soil with the serious cucumber rhizoctonia rot can be more than 70%. The long-term application of the microbial organic fertilizer in the soil without the formation of continuous cropping obstacles can prevent the occurrence of the rhizoctonia rot of continuous cropping crops to a great extent.

Antagonistic actinomycete for preventing and controlling continuously cropped strawberry root rot and preparation method of biocontrol agent of antagonistic actinomycete

The invention discloses antagonistic actinomycete for preventing and controlling continuously cropped strawberry root rot and a preparation method of a biocontrol agent of the antagonistic actinomycete. Bacterial strain B04 belongs to streptomyces hygroscopicus (Streptomyces hygroscopicus), with the strain preservation number of CGMCC NO.9918. The biocontrol strain B04 is separated from a healthy strawberry root, and has a strong inhibiting effect on pathogenic bacteria, such as fusarium, verticillium dahliae, rhizoctonia, phytophthora and the like, causing strawberry soil-borne root diseases. The antagonistic actinomycete prepared by taking wormcast and wheat bran as the main materials of fermentation medium can completely meet the nutritional requirements produced by solid fermentation of biocontrol antinomycetes. Compared with conventional fermentation, the production cost of the preparation method is reduced by 30 to 50 percent, and the preparation method is beneficial for popularization and application of the biocontrol agent of the antagonistic actinomycete. After the biocontrol agent of the antagonistic actinomycete is applied to continuously cropped soil, the biological control rate reaches greater than 70 percent, and has great significance on preventing and controlling the soil-borne diseases of strawberry, improving the quality of agricultural products and protecting the environment.
