The invention discloses a
lignin-mediated durable conductive cotton fabric and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of functional textiles. The preparation method of the
lignin-mediated durable conductive cotton fabric comprises the following steps: mercerizing
cotton cloth to remove a surface material; the method comprises the following steps: weighing a proper amount of
sulfate lignin, dissolving the
sulfate lignin in a
formic acid solution, then adding a
graphene oxide dispersion liquid, immersing a treated
cotton cloth sample in a KL / GO composite liquid, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment and stirring to complete an adsorption process; after the reaction, placing the
system in an ice-water bath, slowly adding a NaOH solution to adjust the
system into an alkaline environment, and continuing stirring to promote deposition and fixation of composite components; adding an
ascorbic acid solution into the
system, then taking out the
cotton cloth, putting the cotton cloth into a sealed
glass container, paving
filter paper infiltrated by
ascorbic acid at the bottom to maintain
humidity, and carrying out damp-heat reduction for a certain time; and washing the cotton cloth with
ultrapure water, and then naturally airing to obtain the KL / GO modified cotton cloth. According to the method, lignin-induced
graphene oxide is co-assembled on the surface of the cotton
fiber by utilizing hydroxyl and an aromatic structure of the lignin and through interaction of
hydrogen bonds and pi-pi, and green and efficient construction of an ultra-stable conductive layer on the surface of the cotton
fiber is realized by virtue of
structural stability of the lignin and natural compatibility between the lignin and
cellulose molecular chains.
