The image recording apparatus comprises: a recording head which ejects a recording liquid having properties of being cured by irradiation of radiation, onto a recording medium; a relative conveyance device which causes the recording head and the recording medium to move relatively to each other in a relative conveyance direction; a radiation irradiating device which irradiates the radiation onto recording liquid deposited on the recording medium; and a pressurization device which pressurizes the recording liquid which has been irradiated with the radiation, the pressurization device being provided on a downstream side of the recording head in the relative conveyance direction of the relative conveyance device, the pressurization device having the radiation irradiating device provided inside thereof and having one of a transmissive member capable of transmitting the radiation emitted from the radiation irradiating device to exterior and a structure capable of transmitting the radiation to the exterior, wherein a pressurization start position of the pressurization device at which pressurization of the recording liquid on the recording medium starts is situated further to the downstream side of the recording head in the relative conveyance direction of the relative conveyance device than an irradiation start position of the radiation irradiating device.

The invention provides a workpiece surface wiping device. An unwinding mechanism, a press roller and a winding mechanism are arranged in sequence in a mutual axial parallel manner. One end of a flexible cleaning object is wound on the unwinding mechanism while the other end of the same is wound on the winding mechanism after being wound on the press roller. A workpiece fixing mechanism is used for fixing a to-be-cleaned workpiece and arranged with the press roller at an interval, so that the flexible cleaning object wound on the press roller is located between the workpiece fixing mechanism and the press roller and clings to the press roller; the workpiece fixing mechanism is arranged movably relatively to the press roller, so that when the to-be-cleaned workpiece is fixed on the workpiece fixing mechanism, a to-be-cleaned surface of the workpiece is in contact with the flexible cleaning object wound on the press roller and moves relatively to the flexible cleaning object so as to contact with the flexible cleaning object wound on the press roller from one end to the other end successively. The invention further provides a workpiece surface wiping method. The workpiece surface wiping device is simple in structure, low in cost, small in occupied area, free of large amount of labor input, high in efficiency, good in cleaning effect and stable in workpiece quality, and can not cause scratch to the workpiece.

The present invention provides a surface-treating agent to form fine roughness on the surface of a material and more specifically a surface treating-agent which forms fine roughness on the surface of a material and is easy to process, thereby being useful for materials for highly water-repellent glass, lenses and fabric, materials with an excellent anti-soiling property, panels having an excellent light scattering property, illumination of optical fiber and the like, materials and coatings to prevent accumulation and adhesion of snow or icicle formation on antennas, wires and steel towers, and roughness formation on the surface of semiconductor substrates; the treated materials; and a method of surface treatment to develop the roughness. The surface-treating agent of the present invention has an average primary particle diameter in the range of 1-50 nm, contains fine particles in the range of 5-60% by mass of the total amount of the surface-treating agent in a slurry of nanoparticles which are treated for water repellency and mechanically dispersed in a solvent containing a volatile solvent, and forms a roughness structure with upward protrusions having a spatial periodicity of 0.1-50 μm on the surface of a material by volatilizing the solvent or dipping repeatedly in water upon treating the surface of the material.

Sea observation platform for unmanned and automatic navigation

The invention discloses a sea observation platform for unmanned and automatic navigation. According to upward and downward movement of a water turbine which is arranged under sea and is pulled by a sea floating platform driven by wave, water flow entering into a water turbine casing is enabled to be guided by upper part guide blades and lower part guide blades to act on a one-way rotating rotor, the up and down movement is converted into one-way rotation of the rotor, by the adoption of the rotor, according to a transmission mechanism, and kinetic energy of rotation is transmitted into the rotor of a generation set which is accelerated by a speed shifting mechanism, so that sea wave energy is enabled to be converted into electrical energy; and a power supply system further comprises a solar photovoltaic system, the electrical energy generated by the solar photovoltaic system is taken as an auxiliary power supply for an observation platform, the electric energy converted from the sea wave energy is used as a main power supply for various systems, and a complemented method of the main power supply and the auxiliary power supply is used for providing power source for a propelling system and an intelligent control system. By providing adequate electric energy, the sea observation platform becomes the observation platform with functions of remote control, multi-method communication, visualized remote online monitoring and observing and the like, and the possibility of transparently supervising all sea observation stations in the country is realized.
