A hot melt adhesive deactivator composition, its preparation and use

The application discloses a hot melt adhesive debonding agent composition and a preparation method and application thereof. The hot melt adhesive debonding agent composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: a release agent 10-20 parts; a solubilizing agent 10-20 parts; an anti-sticking agent 0.2-1 part; and propylene glycol methyl ether 60-90 parts. The release agent is a mixture composed of hexamethylphosphorus triamide and 1,3-dimethyl-2-imidazolidinone. The mixture composed of hexamethylphosphorus triamide and 1,3-dimethyl-2-imidazolidinone is used as the release agent, so that the adhesion of the hot melt adhesive to the surface of a base material can be reduced after immersion at normal temperature (about 25 DEG C), and meanwhile, the aluminum alloy is not corroded.

The antiblocking agent contains the same components as the lubricant, and the ratio of the average particle diameter of the antiblocking agent to the thickness of the heat seal layer (2) [average particle diameter of the antiblocking agent / thickness of the heat seal layer (2)] is 0.5 or more.

Adhesion-preventing agent and method, for preventing adhesion using the same

The present invention relates to an adhesionpreventing agent comprising hyaluronic acid. carboxymethyl cellulose, and alginate, and a method for preventing adhesion, comprising contacting the surface of local organs of an individual with said adhesion-preventing agent. wherein the hyaluronic acid has a molecular weight of 500,000 to 10,000,000 Daltons (Da), and wherein the adhesion-preventing agent has a viscosity of 400 to 1000 centiposes (cP). The adhesion-preventing agent of the present invention comprises 0.1 to 10% by weight of the hyaluronic acid, 0.1 to 8% by weight of the carboxymethyl cellulose, and 0.01 to 5% by weight of the alginate, based on the total weight of the adhesion-preventing agent. The adhesionpreventing agent comprising hyaluronic acid, carboxymethyl cellulose and alginate according to the present invention shows excellent biocompatibility, in vivo durability, and tissue adhesiveness, and ultimately exhibits excellent adhesion preventing effects.
