This invention discloses a mixing vessel for producing suspensions containing pyraclostrobin and fludioxonil, belonging to the field of material mixing technology. It includes a mixing vessel body with a lid, and a drive frame inside the mixing vessel body. The drive frame is equipped with a stirring assembly, a liquid-liquid exchange assembly, and an external liquid-inward pushing assembly. The stirring assembly is located in the middle of the mixing vessel body to continuously stir the suspension. This invention utilizes the liquid-liquid exchange assembly, employing the reciprocating motion of a piston within the exchange plunger body, to forcibly draw liquid from the bottom of the vessel body to the surface for discharge, forming a forced vertical circulation. This allows newly added pyraclostrobin technical, thickeners, defoamers, and other lightweight materials to be quickly carried below the liquid surface, preventing prolonged floating, excessively high local concentrations, and the formation of clumps (fish eyes).
