bromothalonil-containing bactericidal slow-release preparation and a preparation method thereof. The preparation is composed of a double-shell core-shell slow-release microcapsule suspension, a dispersion stable component and a water-phase continuous phase, the microcapsule takes
bromothalonil crystal particles as a core,
dopamine hydrochloride is subjected to oxidative
polymerization in an
alkaline water phase and is deposited to form a polydopamine inner shell, a
chitosan-
sodium tripolyphosphate ionic crosslinking outer shell is constructed on the surface of the polydopamine inner shell, and the dispersion stable component and the water-phase continuous phase are subjected to cross-linking to form the double-shell core-shell slow-release microcapsule.
Chitosan is combined with a polydopamine interface through
hydrogen bonds and
electrostatic interaction and is cross-linked and cured with
sodium tripolyphosphate; the synergistic double-shell structure enables the
system to maintain low
viscosity under a high-
solid-content
processing condition and maintain integrity under pumping, spraying and high shearing, the encapsulation efficiency of 80-99% is achieved, and low-initial-stage burst release and long-acting slow release are both considered, so that the
coupling contradiction among
rheology controllability, interface stability and
mechanical strength of a slow-release
pesticide suspension
system is relieved; the bactericidal composition is suitable for agricultural scenes requiring persistent sterilization.
