Novel pulping process for obtaining high performance fiber at high yield from plants

The invention relates to a cleaning process for extracting high quality fiber with high efficiency, high yield and low energy consumption from plant raw materials by a combination method of chemistry and machinery in a sectional type. The process comprises the following steps: a raw material is fully immersed in a NaOH solution or a KOH solution or limewater with low concentration (black liquor is used for supplementing into the corresponding alkaline for repeated and circular use) under the normal temperature or certain temperature, wherein the concrete immersion temperature and immersion time can be determined according to the types and the water content of the raw materials so that the alkaline liquor is fully, uniformly and properly absorbed and diffused into plants; steaming under normal pressure or steaming with pressure or no liquid steaming with pressure is used; the steamed material can be selected according to the paper quality requirement by using a blowout slurrying mode or a mode of pulp refining after blowing to form slurry or by using thread rolling and pulp refining to relief material once or multitime to prepare slurry. The novel process combines the advantages of chemical treatment and mechanical pulping, so that the uniform mass transfer and uniform heat transfer can be ensured and the damage to cellulose and hemicellulose by excessive alkali can be reduced, the yield of fiber is raised to about 75% from about 45% of the prior art, so that the novel pulping process is capable of avoiding the usage of auxiliary agents like sulfured and anthraquinone, conveniently extracting and using the cellulose and lignin in black liquor, and overcoming the influence on environment during the process of pulping and post-treating lignin.

Method for plating nickel on iron powder surface

The invention discloses a method for plating a layer of metallic nickel or nanometer nickel powder onto the surface of iron powder through a hydrothermal reduction technology, which belongs to the technical field of non-ferrous metallurgy and powder metallurgical material. The method comprises the following steps: adding nickel sulfate or nickel sulfate aqueous solution, ammonia water and ammonia sulphate into water according to the certain proportion to prepare mixed solution; adding a small amount of anthraquinone and additive into the mixed solution; then adding the iron powder to be plated by nickel into the mixed solution, shifting the mixed solution containing the iron powder into an autoclave, and sealing the autoclave; carrying out the hydrogen reduction treatment through applying high temperature and pressure to the aqueous solution; forming the compact metallic nickel layer or nanometer nickel powder plating layer through the nickel ions reduced and precipitated onto the surface of the iron power in the solution; and when the plating reaction is completed, cooling down the materials in the autoclave, discharging the iron powder with the surface plated by metallic nickel and the aqueous solution, and obtaining the iron powder product with the surfaced plated by metallic nickel after filtration and drying. The method has a simple production method, easy operation and the controllable plated nickel layer.

Method for producing hydrogen peroxide by anthraquinone process

The invention provides a process for producing hydrogen peroxide by using an anthraquinone method. The process includes the following steps: hydrogen is added in the anthraquinone to generate anthrahydroquinone which is oxidized to generate the anthraquinone and the hydrogen peroxide. The reaction in which the hydrogen is added in the anthraquinone to generate anthrahydroquinone means that working fluid with the anthraquinone and the hydrogen are led in a fixed bed reactor which is filled with catalyst with the hydrogen so that hydrogenation is generated between the working fluid with the anthraquinone and the hydrogen to generate the anthrahydroquinone under the effect of the catalyst; the obtained hydrogenated working fluid with the anthrahydroquinone is conducted out of an oxidation device, wherein, when the working fluid with the anthrahydroquinone and the hydrogen are conducted in the fixed bed reactor, the working fluid is continuous phase, in which the hydrogen is distributed in the form of bubbles; when the working fluid with the anthrahydroquinone and the hydrogen are conducted in the fixed bed reactor, a feeding inlet is made not higher than a discharging outlet where the hydrogenated liquid is discharged out of the fixed bed reactor. By using the method, utilization efficiency of the catalyst as well as the production capability of the reactor is promoted and bed resistance is reduced.

Highly dispersed palladium/carbon nanometer tube catalyst for anthraquinone hydrogenation and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a highly dispersed palladium/carbon nanometer tube catalyst for anthraquinone hydrogenation and a preparation method thereof, and relates to a catalyst and a preparation method. According to the invention, a carbon nanometer tube industrial product with good conductivity, heat conductivity, high mechanical strength and huge external specific surface is used as a palladium carrier; simultaneously ultrasonic is utilized to further enhance the dispersity and uniformity of palladium and the carbon nanometer tube; and a nanometer palladium catalyst uniformly loaded on the surface of the carbon nanometer tube is prepared in a slurry reactor by adopting a liquid phase reduction method. The catalyst needs no extrusion molding and can be directly suspended in the liquid phase for normal-pressure or pressurized hydrogenation of anthraquinone; the activity of the catalyst is not reduced after the catalyst is used for a plurality of times by filtration and separation; moisture, acid and alkaline do not influence the use effect; the catalytic activity of the new catalyst is 4-8 times higher than that of the traditional Pd/gamma-Al2O3 catalyst, and the amount of the catalyst used can be greatly reduced. The catalyst can be used for replacing the traditional catalyst, the post treatment of the traditional catalyst is simplified, the treatment capability of a device is greatly increased, and the operation cost is lowered.
