This invention discloses a feeding device and method for buttonhole sewing. The device includes a worktable, a buttonhole
sewing machine head, and a transport component. The transport component is arranged parallel to the
machine head, and a rotating clamping component and a
tail clamping component are respectively provided at both ends of the feeding table. The rotating clamping component uses a limiting pillar as a reference and drives the upper and lower pressure plates to rise and rotate synchronously through a lifting and rotating drive source to achieve clamping and angle adjustment of the fabric at the neckline. The
tail clamping component cooperates to achieve segmented clamping of the fabric. The method of use includes initialization, fabric clamping, straight feeding and sewing, neckline angle adjustment, buttonhole sewing, and a complete cycle of reset. This invention abandons the traditional single straight
feeding mode, provides precise and stable positioning, is suitable for
processing irregular necklines and buttonholes, has a scientific structure, flexible adjustment, high degree of
automation, and smooth process connection, which can improve
processing quality and production efficiency, and is suitable for
batch processing of necklines and buttonholes of clothing.
