The board comprises the following materials and weight proportion: 6 percent to 12 percent of urea-formaldehyde glue accounting for plant straw partical material by oven dry weight or 3 percent to 6 percent of isocyanate glue, 0 or 0.5 percent to 1.0 percent of paraffin melt, 0.5 percent to 10 percent of carbon and/or soil absorbing agent, and 0 or 0.2 percent to 0.5 percent of board surface of TiO2 purifying agent powder. The board has bonding strength of 0.4 to 0.45MPa, 7.2 percent to 7.8 percent of water-absorbing thickness expansion rate for 2 hours, density of 0.7 to 0.9g/cm, 14.5 to 15.8MPa of static bending strength and 0.50 to 0.68mg/m-h of purifying amount to formaldehyde. The board is used for indoor decoration, furniture backboards, side boards, bottom boards and wall boards of inner walls and the like. The production method has the advantages of wide material source, strong absorption and good effect for purifying air and the like.

The low-melting-point renewable polyester produced by the method can be applied to the preparation of sheath-core polyester staple fibers, so that the added value of polyester wastes in preparation of renewable polyester staple fibers is increased, and the prepared sheath-core renewable polyester staple fibers have the characteristics of stable quality and excellent quality. The method can be applied to the production of industries, such as non-woven fabrics, flocking and composite materials.
