This invention discloses an integrated automated
production line equipment for inserting and unloading PCBs, comprising an inserting and unloading
machine, a first inserting flybar, a second inserting flybar, and an inserting and unloading
machine aligned with the inserting and unloading
machine, arranged sequentially from the board infeed conveyor to the board return conveyor. The inserting and unloading machine has a first
station and a second
station, both arranged along a first direction. The inserts are conveyed to the first
station for docking and then transferred to the second station to complete the PCB
insertion and unloading operation. The first inserting flybar docks with the inserting and unloading machine to convey the inserts to the main line; the second inserting flybar transports the inserts from the main line to the inserting and unloading machine. This design achieves automated PCB
insertion and unloading operations, realizing a
fully automated electroplating process. Simultaneously, it features a stable structure, minimal human intervention, reduced labor costs, and no damage to the PCBs, resulting in high production efficiency.
