server liquid cooling pump, a
liquid cooling system, and its usage method, relating to the field of liquid cooling pump technology. The invention includes a
motor unit, a motor heat dissipation unit, a hydraulic
coupling transmission unit, and a
coolant pumping unit. The
motor unit includes a motor housing, a housing cover, and three motor modules. The motor heat dissipation unit includes a heat-conducting capillary tube, a converging tube, and a return main
pipe. The housing cover has a hydraulic
coupling chamber, in which the hydraulic
coupling transmission unit is installed. The
coolant pumping unit includes a pumping
assembly and a pumping cylinder, the pumping cylinder being installed on the front end of the housing cover. The
liquid cooling system includes
coolant piping and a
server liquid cooling pump, which is used for
server liquid cooling. This invention achieves
heat transfer oil circulation and heat dissipation through different oil pressures within the chamber via the hydraulic coupling transmission unit, and ensures motor stability by switching motors. This solves the problems of existing liquid cooling pumps, such as motor malfunctions during prolonged operation and the inability to promptly
cut off coolant supply lines in case of malfunctions.
