pipe section of the outer wall of the pipeline at a specific interval; when the pipeline is in an empty
pipe state, the resistance electric heat tracing band is started, and the whole pipeline is heated to a first preset temperature higher than a solidification point of
molten salt according to a
pipe wall temperature; when the whole pipeline temperature reaches the first preset temperature and is maintained for a set time, and the temperature field stability condition and the heat preservation duration condition are met,
molten salt is injected into the pipeline, then the resistance electric heat tracing band is turned off, and the
electromagnetic induction heat tracing device is started; at this time, the molten salt medium temperature at the outlet of the pipeline is taken as a control target, and the temperature of the molten salt in the pipeline is maintained at a higher second preset temperature by independently adjusting the power of each distributed
electromagnetic induction heat tracing device. Through
coupling of the heating mode and the medium state, a balance is achieved among safety,
energy consumption and
temperature control.
