The invention has the advantages that ideal desulfurization efficiency can be achieved only by smaller liquid-gas ratio, absorption of sulfur dioxide and forced oxidization and crystallization of by-products are completed in the single absorption tower, the equipment investment is saved, the power consumption is lowered, and the operating cost is low.
