A preparation method of high length-diameter ratio anhydrous calcium sulfate whisker belongs to the technical field of inorganic chemical material preparation. The method takes inorganic calcium saltand inorganic precipitant as raw materials and surfactant as dispersant, and includes the following steps: first preparing superfine calcium sulphate dihydrate precursor with good dispersion at the temperature of 10-90 DEG C; then adding the precursor into water solution containing shape control agent to conduct hydrothermal reaction for 0.5-10h at the temperature of 100-250 DEG C, and obtaining calcium sulfate hemihydrate whisker; mixing the calcium sulfate hemihydrate whisker with inorganic solvent; and roasting the mixture for 0.5-6h at the temperature 200-800 DEG C to obtain anhydrous calcium sulfate whisker with the length of 20-2000mum, the diameter of 0.5-20mum, the length-diameter ratio of 40-1000 and the main content greater than 95wt% after washing and drying. The technology is simple, the cost is low and the added value of the product is high. The prepared calcium sulfate whisker has large length-diameter ratio and regular shape and can be used as reinforcing material to beapplied in industries such as plastics, rubber, ceramics, cement, papermaking and the like.

The invention relates to the field of aluminum alloy decoration and protection coating for ships, in particular relates to an environmentally-friendly corrosion-contamination resistant chemical conversion agent and application thereof in a chromium-free chemical conversion film, and solves the problems of poor corrosion resistance, high cost, difficulty in large-area construction and the like in the prior art. The chemical conversion agent comprises a component A and a component B. The method for preparing a chemical conversion film comprises the following steps of: forming a first inorganic chemical conversion film layer by the component A and forming an organic contamination resistant closed film by the component B. The component A is a water solution prepared from a main salt, a film-forming accelerator, a buffering agent, a surfactant and the like, and the component B is prepared from silicate, silane, a silica sol, titanate, zirconate, waterborne resins and the like. The chemicalconversion agent does not contain chromium ions and phosphates, and the chromium-free chemical conversion film prepared from the chemical conversion agent has excellent corrosion resistance and contamination resistance, can be used for construction of large-area aluminum alloy sections, and can be used as surface decoration and protection coatings for 5xxx and 6xxx series aluminum alloys.

The invention relates to a method for preparing nano zinc oxide and crystal whisker zinc oxide by using industrial zinc sulfate as a raw material, which belongs to the technical field of preparation of inorganic chemical materials. The method uses a simulated industrial zinc sulfate solution containing impurities of manganese and magnesium as the raw material, and comprises the following steps: firstly, removing the manganese by adopting an oxidation method, and separating the magnesium and zinc by adopting a neutral complex magnesium-dissolving and zinc-depositing mode so as to prepare a precursor of a nano zinc salt; and secondly, preparing the crystal whisker zinc oxide with a regular shape by using a hydrothermal orientated growth method, or preparing high-purity nano zinc oxide by using a roasting method. The method well meets the prior zinc wet method metallurgical process, and has the advantages of clean and simple process, good impurity removing effect, high zinc total yield, low cost, excellent product performance, high added value and easy industrial popularization.
