specific weight percentage are designed, the low
alloy components comprise 0.18-0.28% of C, 3.00-5.00% of Cr, 0.80-2.00% of Ni, 0.15-0.35% of V, 0.0010-0.0035% of B and the like, normalizing, austenitizing at the temperature of 870-910 DEG C,
salt bath isothermal
quenching at the temperature of 360-410 DEG C and
tempering at the temperature of 500-560 DEG C are adopted, and a complex-phase structure with lower
bainite as the main part is obtained. The hanger rod is remarkably improved in
corrosion resistance and
wear resistance, uniform in large-section performance, capable of prolonging the service life to 8-12 years, less than or equal to 20% in cost increase, compatible with an existing
production line, suitable for hanging a boiler heating surface tube bundle, and outstanding in economic benefit and
environmental protection benefit.
