The catalyst is composed of two parts of an active metal A and an acid vector X. The catalyst related in the method ahs the characteristics of being in no need of a solvent, simple in operation process, mild in reaction conditions, good in aviation kerosene (or diesel) selectivity, and the like, and is an ideal hydrogenation deoxidation catalyst for preparing liquid fuels from the furyl oxygen-containing organic compounds by the hydrogenation deoxidation.

Oil soluble molybdenum-based precursor of catalyst, preparation method and application thereof

The invention provides an oil soluble molybdenum-based precursor of a catalyst, a preparation method and application thereof, relating to the technical field of heavy oil hydrocracking catalysts and solving the problems of low catalytic hydrogenation activity and high cost of the existing catalysts. The preparation method for the precursor comprises the steps of (1) mixing a molybdenum source with water, reacting for 30-240 minutes at 70-90DEG C, and adding inorganic acid; (2) adding polycarbon alcohol into P2S5 in 5-15 minutes at 50-80DEG C, and reacting for 1-3 hours at 70-100DEG C; (3) adding the product of step (2) into the product of step (1), adding resin, and reacting for 4-8 hours at 70-110DEG C; (4) separating oil phase from the product of step (3) so as to obtain the target product. The precursor can form MoS2 active components through self sulfurization and in situ decomposition, is used in slurry reactor hydrocracking of poor heavy oil with high content of metal, carbon residue and sulfur, and can lower the yield of coke and keep a device to run for a long period.

Novel carborane- (siloxane or silane)- ethinyl high temperature resistant polymer and its preparation method

The invention discloses a new kind of carborane- silane- phenylacetylene polymer and the method for preparing the same. Said polymer employs methylchlorosilane, phenylacetylene, carborane and organic lithium agent as raw material, anhydrous tetrahydrofuran (THF) as dissolvent and preparing with protection of nitrogen. The invention moderates molar ratio between simple function group ethynyl compound and carborane to easily control molecular weight of polymer, crosslinking density and carborane content, and realizes purpose of adjustable polymer property. The invention is characterized by simple process and easy operation. The prepared polymer forms thermostable thermosetting material with excellent thermal oxidation performance by heat, light and chemical initiation. Said thermosetting material can be produced to ceramic structure by heating on air or inactive gas. The polymer can be used as base resin and thermo-stable coating for advanced complex material and for preparing ceramic pioneer body.

Themethod is characterized in that a composite of a Zn-based bimetallic MOF and glucose is used as a precursor, the catalyst is obtained by high-temperature heat treatment and post-activation in ammoniagas, the monoatomic content is 2wt% to 4wt%, and the nitrogen doping amount is 4wt% to 15wt%. The addition of volatile Zn can increase the spatial distance of metal atomic nodes, the glucose can makea three-dimensional ZIF form a cross-linked structure, the structure and composition of a modulating material can improve the electrocatalytic activity, the nitrogen content can be further increased by post-activation treatment in the ammonia gas, and therefore, the electrochemical activity is improved. At the same time, the preparation method has the advantages of low cost, simple steps, mild conditions, good repeatability and easy mass production. The monoatomic catalyst exhibits good performance in an electrocatalytic oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) under an alkaline condition and has certain market application prospects.

Smelting process and device of pure iron

The invention relates to a smelting process and a device of pure iron, belonging to metallurgical industry steel-making raw material.
