This invention relates to a method for spring breeding of
broodstock larvae of
Procambarus clarkii in rice-vegetable rotation fields, belonging to the field of
broodstock larvae breeding. The invention utilizes a rice-
crayfish-vegetable
crop rotation system, setting up artificial burrows, rainproof black
antioxidant plastic film, field drainage ditches,
fishing nets and basket traps, and
broodstock removal and temporary holding facilities at different stages of broodstock
reproduction. By rotating vegetables in winter and spring, the rice paddies are drained and moisturized, achieving the goal of spring breeding of broodstock larvae in rice-vegetable rotation fields. This invention fully utilizes the characteristics of rice, water
spinach, and
crayfish farming, delaying the emergence time of broodstock larvae, increasing broodstock yield and collection efficiency, and increasing broodstock larvae production. It enables seamless integration of broodstock larvae supply with
crayfish farming in the cold regions of Northeast China, promoting the rapid development of the crayfish industry in northern my country and achieving increased production and efficiency. Furthermore, this method can increase the planting area of water
spinach in farmland, improve soil, and solve the problem of long-term waterlogging and
siltation in the soil.
