The invention relates to a technological method adopting ardealite and desulphurization
gypsum for preparing high strength building
gypsum. The method includes the following steps: (1) raw materials include the components by
mass percent: 0.5 to 2 percent of composite curing agent, 1.5 to 4 parts of composite alkali-activator and ardealite or desulphurization
gypsum accounting for the rest amount; (2) after being uniformly mixed, the raw materials of the step (1) are led into a calcining furnace and then are calcinated for 2 to 3 hours at a constant temperature
ranging from 150 to 200 DEG C; (3) the calcinated raw materials of the step (2) are naturally cooled, and then are ground to be fine by ball milling after cooling; and (4) the raw materials of the step (3), which are ground to be fine, are aged for 3 to 4 hours, thereby obtaining the product. The invention can effectively avoid secondary environmental
pollution, greatly reduces the damage of microelements contained in the ardealite on human bodies and environment, avoids the defects of normal distribution of ardealite particles, heavily
high concentration of particle distribution, poor flowability of cementitious materials, high
water demand, loose structure, low strength, and the like, and can prepare high strength
hemihydrate ardealite
powder and desulphurization gypsum
powder.
