The invention belongs to the technical field of
dry ice air jet, particularly relates to a
dry ice air jet generating device and method, and aims to form high-speed
airflow by using
compressed air and
dry ice particles so as to be applied to the fields of industrial cleaning, surface treatment and the like. The main device comprises an
air compressor, an air storage
bottle, a high-pressure hose, a stop valve, a
pressure release valve, a pressure gauge, a dry ice particle preparation
system, an ejector and a self-oscillation
nozzle. The method comprises the steps that the
air compressor compresses air to
high pressure and stores the air in the air storage
bottle; the
liquid carbon dioxide is pressurized and conveyed into the ice forming
barrel through the
plunger pump, and the
liquid carbon dioxide is converted into dry ice through
temperature and pressure changes; and the dry ice is
cut into dry ice particles by the ultrasonic knife net. Then, the dry ice particles and
compressed air are mixed in the ejector and accelerated to a high speed; and finally, spraying the mixture through a self-oscillation
nozzle to form a high-speed dry ice air
jet flow. By means of the method, the dry ice air jet can be efficiently and stably generated, and the method is suitable for various industrial applications such as cleaning, surface treatment and
sand blasting. The device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, and has high application value.
