The invention relates to the technical field of
satellite research, in particular to a double-degree-of-freedom solar array control method and
control system. According to the double-degree-of-freedomsolar array control method, a
satellite and a solar array are driven in a mode of combining a
yaw maneuver and a single-degree-of-freedom SADA, the required devices are few, the accuracy is high, andthe swing type single-degree-of-freedom SADA is simple in structure and high in reliability; and an
angular velocity control method is adopted, so that the torque output is controlled to be infrequent, the
satellite is kept rotating in an uniform speed, and the stability and reliability of control are improved while
energy conservation is achieved. According to the method, the change characteristics of a
sunlight area and a shadow area are also utilized, the solar array is designed only to rotate at a
constant speed in the
sunlight area, while the solar array stops the movement to the sun inthe shadow area, the solar array returns to an initial posture, and waits for the arrival of the
sunlight area, so that the method is more efficient, more energy-saving, and higher in control precision and accuracy. The
control system is few in required devices, high in reliability, low in implementation difficulty and high in accuracy.
