The invention relates to a method for repairing heavy metal contaminated soil in situ by adopting multifunctional biological charcoal. According to the technical scheme, the multifunctional biological charcoal is prepared from biological waste such as straws and sawdust, the surface of the multifunctional biological charcoal is provided with multiple surface functional groups and rich enterable micropores, the heavy metal contaminated soil of which the relative humidity is 60-90% is turned over and mixed with the multifunctional biological charcoal of which the granularity is 0.074-0.178mm, the turnover mixing depth is 5-30cm, and the soil can be repaired after being aged for 20-30 days. The mass ratio of the multifunctional biological charcoal to the heavy metal contaminated soil is (0.1-5) to 100. The multifunctional biological charcoal serving as a soil additive in the in-situ repairing process can effectively fix heavy metals in the soil, improve the ecological environment, supplement organic charcoal, protect the soil health, reduce the toxicity of the contaminated soil and restore the productivity of the soil; and the method is also applicable to engineering repairing of water bodies and solid matrixes.

The invention discloses a method for soil testing and formulated fertilization of tomatoes. The method comprises the steps of firstly, calculating the usage amount of a fertilizer required by a production process of the tomatoes in season in two steps: step one, measuring the content of soil nutrients to ensure that the content of main soil nutrients can be adjusted to a fertilizer usage amount required by a health value, and step two, determining the nutrient amount required to be absorbed by the tomatoes of each season according to a target yield and a specific yield vegetable fertilizer absorption amount of the tomatoes, wherein the sum of the fertilizer usage amount and the nutrient amount is the fertilizer usage amount required to be applied to soil in the cultivation process of the tomatoes of each season; secondly, determining the ratio of a base fertilizer to an additional fertilizer in top dressing period and in the total fertilization amount; and finally, determining a fertilizer formula and a fertilization method for fertilizing the tomatoes in season. Compared with a conventional fertilization method, the novel soil testing and formulated fertilization method is more accurate and reliable, simpler and easier, improves the utilization ratio of fertilizers, saves the fertilizers, increases the fertility of soil, reduces soil pollution caused by improper fertilization and keeps the soil healthy.

An alpine grassland soil health evaluation method based on physical, biological and chemical composite indicators evaluates the alpine grassland degeneration degree by aid of a grassland degeneration index on the basis of visualized vegetation indicators. The grassland degeneration index (GDI) is composed of the integer bit and an effective figure at the bit after the decimal point, and the structure is that GDI=(100-C)*28%+(100-P)*39%+(70-E)*26%+(25-H)*7%, wherein C indicates the cover degree, P indicates grass yield proportion, E indicates edible forage grass proportion, and H indicates edible forage grass height. The GDI index can be calculated simply by measuring the cover degree, the biomass, the edible forage grass amount and the edible forage grass height of a plant community in practical application. The alpine grassland degeneration degree is judged according o the DGI index: when the DGI index is smaller than 13.9, the grassland is not degraded; when the DGI index ranges from 13.9 to 33.5, the grassland is slightly degraded; when the DGI index ranges from 33.5 to 52.4, the grassland is moderately degraded; when the DGI index ranges from 52.4 to 68.4, the grassland is seriously degraded; and when the DGI index is larger than 68.4, the grassland is extremely degraded. The alpine grassland soil health evaluation method can completely display the grassland degeneration condition information and can qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate the alpine grassland degeneration degree.

Ferment fertilizer and preparation method thereof

The invention provides a preparation method of a ferment fertilizer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) pretreatment of materials: selecting vegetable leaves and/or melons and fruits as the materials, cleaning the materials, and draining redundant water; (2) pulping: mixing the materials and water according to a proportion, pulping and mixing uniformly to prepare slurry; (3)fermentation: adding brown sugar with the weight being 9-15% of the total weight of the slurry and a ferment bacterium agent with the weight being 0.1% of the total weight of the slurry, uniformly mixing, wherein the fermentation temperature is 25-35 DEG C, the pH value is less than 4 and the fermentation time is 3 months, thereby obtaining a ferment fermentation liquid; and (4) filtration: usinga 0.2micron filtering core to filter the ferment fermentation liquid in the step (3), thereby obtaining ferment fertilizer stoste. The preparation method provided by the invention has the beneficialeffects that the ferment fertilizer can remedy the soil and reduce the soil health by practice, so that the disease and pest damage can be greatly reduced; secondly, due to no use of chemical substances such as fertilizers, pesticides, weed killers and swelling agents and the like, secondary pollution to the soil and crops is reduced, so that the disease and pest damage is greatly reduced.
