This invention belongs to the field of catalyst
separation technology. Addressing the pain points of existing
benzene hydrogenation Ru catalyst
recovery processes, such as severe
precious metal loss, poor membrane compatibility, high regeneration
energy consumption, and significant
environmental pressure, it provides a highly efficient membrane separation and
recovery technology. The core content involves preparing a SiO2-TiO2
composite coating modified membrane using an Al2O3
ceramic membrane as the base membrane. Ru particles are retained through "magnetic
flocculation-cross-flow membrane separation," followed by
catalyst regeneration via
plasma technology and
reflux reuse. Results show that the Ru
retention rate reaches 99.7%-99.8%, the monthly
membrane flux decline rate is 2.5%-2.8%, regeneration
energy consumption is reduced by more than 60%, and the catalyst activity
retention rate is over 94% after 18 cycles, demonstrating significant economic and environmental value.
