Provided is a method for simulating creation of a smart farm complex by using geographic information, the method comprising: a target area input step of inputting, from a terminal to a
server, information for specifying a target area in which is to be created a smart farm complex comprising at least one of a
processing and distribution facility, an exhibition and learning facility, and a commercial facility together with a smart farm; a complex design step of selecting each facility constituting the smart farm complex to be created in the target area specified via geographic information and setting parameters of the area and image design of each zone of each facility from the terminal to the
server; a smart farm design step of setting, from the terminal to the
server, parameters of crops, smart farm-specific area, smart farm type, external facilities, internal facilities, and
energy facilities of the smart farm; and an
economic feasibility analysis step of performing, on the server, a
simulation of a creation cost, an operation cost, and a sales amount of the smart farm, on the basis of parameters of the respective facilities of the smart farm complex and respective parameters of the smart farm.
