The invention provides a temporary speed-restricting command sending method and device of a C3 system. The method comprises the following steps: a TSRS (temporary speed-restricting server) receives a temporary speed-restricting command issued by a CTC (centralized control); and a TSRS performs automatic splitting according to starting points in speed-restricting areas, final points in the speed-restricting areas and the speed-restricting control range of all TCCs (train control centers) and/or RBCs (radio blocking centers) on railway lines corresponding to the line numbers, and sends corresponding speed-restricting commands to all the relevant TCCs and/or RBCs, C2 speed-restricting information is transmitted to C2 vehicle-mounted devices by the TCCs through an active transponder, and C3 speed-restricting information is transmitted by the RBCs through a GSM-R (global system for mobile communications for railway). According to the invention, the TSRS is arranged in a railway system, andacquires the temporary speed-restricting commands by virtue of being connected with the CTC, the temporary speed-restricting commands are distributed to the relevant TCCs and RBCs to realize automatic distribution of all the TCCs and RBCs in the whole-line control range and the centralized management of the train control speed-restricting commands; and the C2 and C3 speed-restricting commands canbe set and canceled simultaneously by the TSRS so as to contribute to guaranteeing the consistency of the two train control systems.

The system consists of a railway power regulator and the static var compensator. The railway power regulator is installed between two power supplying arms at a secondary side of a traction transformer by two single-phase three-winding reducing transformer. Thestatic var compensator consists of two groups of thyristor switched capacitors which are connected in parallel and a group of thyristor controlled reactors. The thyristor switched capacitors and thethyristor controlled reactors are respectively connected with two traction power supplying arms by single-phase three-winding reducing transformers, wherein the thyristor switched capacitors are installed below the single-phase three-winding reducing transformer which is connected with the power supplying arms with relatively advanced voltage phases, and the thyristor controlled reactors are installed below the single-phase three-winding reducing transformer of the power supplying arms with relatively hysteretic voltage phases. The invention discloses a method and a system for analyzing the outlet/inlet section line capacity of an urban railway system. The method comprises the following steps of: (S1) determining line data, train data and signal system data and dividing a line into a plurality of intervals; (S2) simulating various tracking conditions in the running of trains according to the data and recording the time of all trains of clearing timing points to obtain the running time of the trains between the timing points; (S3) calculating outlet section traveling intervals under different tracking conditions according to a simulating result, calculating a final outlet section traveling interval according to the outlet section traveling intervals to obtain the outlet/inlet section line capacity of the trains, the reserved capacity and a station stopping time maximum value; and comparing the obtained parameters with running requirements as well as analyzing, and outputting a final analysis result. The method and the system improve the scientificity, the comprehensiveness and the accuracy of analyzing the outlet/inlet section line capacity, realize the automation of the analysis process of the outlet/inlet section line capacity and save the labor force.
