And a foundation is laid for further preventing and treating diseases by using the antagonistic strain.

The invention discloses fattening feed for yaks in high-cold and high-altitude areas in Tibet. The fattening feed is prepared from a coarse feed component, a concentrated feed component and an additive component, wherein the coarse feed component accounts for 60%-70% of dry matter of daily ration, and the coarse feed component comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 25%-30% of improved forage grass, 15%-20% of hybrid forage grass, 10%-15% of sudangrass, 15%-20% of corn straw, 10%-15% of hybrid sorghum sudanense for feeding and 5%-10% of black oat; the concentrated feed accounts for 30%-40% of dry matter of daily ration and comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 50%-55% of corn, 20%-25% of soybean meal, 8%-10% of wheat bran, 5%-8% of tenebrio molitor and 3%-5% of premix special for yaks. And the additive component is baking soda which accounts for 0.3%-0.6% of dry matters of the daily ration. According to Tibet high-altitude, high-cold and salinization environment adaptability verification, the method is resistant to the low temperature of-21 DEG C, 0.8% of salt and alkali and slightly cold-resistant and drought-resistant, the yield of fresh grass per mu reaches 7-25 tons, the problems that traditional forage grass is low in yield and weak in stress resistance in Tibet high-cold and high-altitude areas are solved, and stable supply of the forage grass is guaranteed; the roughage is diversified in collocation and covers high-protein, high-fiber and high-energy types.
