The invention discloses a soybean and corn
intercropping film mulching and fertilizing method with a slow-release
nitrogen fertilizer matched with a biodegradable mulching film. The method comprises the steps of field design,
field soil preparation, fertilization, selection of the slow-release
nitrogen fertilizer,
sowing, mulching of the biodegradable mulching film, field management and harvesting. After crops are harvested, biodegradable mulching film residues are not collected, the biodegradable mulching film residues are naturally degraded in the field, before
sowing in the next season, the mulching film residues are ploughed and buried into soil by the depth of 20-30 cm, and
soil preparation is conducted again. According to the method, the field management cost and labor input are reduced, the problems that weeds are difficult to remove in soybean and corn
intercropping and
nitrogen fertilizer utilization in the later period of crops is insufficient when a biodegradable mulching film is applied in cooperation with conventional
urea are solved, and meanwhile the yield increasing purpose is achieved; and the
soil nitrogen fertilizer utilization efficiency is improved, the soil microbial activity is promoted, the stability of a soybean and corn strip
intercropping system is ensured, and meanwhile, the situation that the
crop growth
nutrition is insufficient due to combined application of the biodegradable mulching film and conventional
urea is effectively coped with.
