probiotic composition provided by this invention includes at least two of the following: prebiotics,
vitamin K, and
zinc, as well as *
Bifidobacterium longum* subsp. infantis i18. The
probiotic composition provided by this invention can not only effectively promote the growth and development of premature mice, but also optimize the intestinal
flora structure and promote intestinal development in premature infants by reducing the abundance of harmful
bacteria and increasing the relative abundance of
beneficial bacteria; simultaneously, it can downregulate the levels of pro-
inflammatory factors TNF-α and IL-6, reducing
intestinal inflammation and lowering the risk of
necrotizing enterocolitis in premature infants. This invention can be applied to the preparation of products that improve the intestinal
flora of premature infants, promote their growth, or prevent
intestinal inflammation.
