This invention provides a mesoporous carbon material, its preparation method, and its applications. The preparation method includes the following steps: mixing a carbon source, a solvent, and a surfactant to obtain a slurry with a viscosity of 2.98 × 10⁻³ Pa·s to 20 Pa·s; subjecting the slurry to evaporation-induced self-assembly to obtain a mesoporous carbon precursor material; and extracting and carbonizing the mesoporous carbon precursor material with the surfactant to obtain the mesoporous carbon material. The preparation method provided by this invention, through the synergistic combination of a high-viscosity slurry and a surfactant extraction scheme, enables the large-scale production of mesoporous carbon materials prepared by the EISA method, while also effectively recovering the surfactant, avoiding waste of raw materials and reducing preparation costs; and yielding a mesoporous carbon material with a highly ordered pore structure, a large specific surface area, and good thermal and chemical stability.

The invention discloses a preparation process of a composite VOCs catalytic purification material for an air conditioner and an air conditioner filter screen, and the preparation process comprises the following steps: (1) mixing alpha-MnO2, delta-MnO2 and MnCuOx to obtain mixed powder; the content of the alpha-MnO2 is 10 to 70 parts by weight, the content of the delta-MnO2 is 15 to 70 parts by weight, and the content of the MnCuOx is 15 to 70 parts by weight; (2) adding a binder into the mixed powder to prepare slurry; and (3) coating the surface of a carrier with the slurry, and drying and curing to obtain the composite VOCs catalytic purification material. According to the method, VOCs are adsorbed and enriched through the high specific surface area of alpha-MnO2, formaldehyde is directionally activated through oxygen-enriched vacancies of delta-MnO2, and benzene series are activated through MnCuOx copper-doped lattice distortion, so that the limitation of a traditional manganese-based catalyst on the activation energy barrier of the benzene series is broken through, and meanwhile, the problem of efficiency attenuation is solved.
