The application provides a trauma orthopedic wound cleaning device which is composed of a liquid supply host and a spray gun. The spray gun innovatively integrates: 1. an angle adjusting mechanism, which drives a circumferentially distributed transmission rod through a rocker deflection wheel, and achieves multi-directional bending of the front end of a hose through a magnetic repulsion ring group pulled by a steel wire; 2. a gas-liquid mixing mechanism, which moves a metal tube axially when a wheel disc is pressed, adjusts a ring cone surface to push a wedge-shaped block to radially extrude a hose to form a Venturi structure, and synchronously opens an air path to inhale air to generate bubbles; and 3. a safety locking assembly, which forcibly closes the air path when a positioning pin is inserted into a blocking ring pin hole. The device has the advantages that: a mechanical type dual-mode safety switching mechanism is created, bubbles are completely isolated during wound flushing to avoid embolism risk, and the cleaning effect is enhanced by bubbles during skin flushing; and one-hand operation in the whole process solves the problems of unstable pressure, pollution splashing and complicated operation of traditional equipment.
