Detection of the presence of the label, is used to detect the presence of the phosphate group in the oligomer or polymer. The method is useful for the detection of phosphoproteins or phosphopeptides. The phosphate label can be a colorimetric label, a radiolabel, a fluorescent or phosphorescent label, an affinity label or a linker group carrying a reactive group (or latent reactive group) that allows selective attachment of the oligomer or polymer (protein or peptide) to a phosphate label, to an affinity label or to a solid support. The invention relates to a method for producing casein phosphopeptide by using milk, which is performed according to the following process steps: 1) defatting and removing impurities: using a butterfly type centrifuge to remove fat and the impurities through secondary centrifugal separation at the temperature of 30-40 DEG C; 2) adding an enzyme for hydrolysis: adding 0.5% trypsinase into the defatted milk, using a 0.3-0.7mol/l sodium hydroxide solution to regulate pH to 7.5-8.5 while adding, hydrolyzing for 1.5-2.5 hours, raising the temperature to 70-90 DEG C and inactivating the enzyme within 30 minutes; 3) debitterizing and purifying: using a stirring machine at the rotational speed of 30-50r/min to stir an enzymatic hydrolysis solution; adding active carbon powder which accounts for 0.05-0.1% of the weight of inventory rating; regulating the pH value to 4.2-5.0; and using a diatomaceous earth filtering machine to filter; and 4) homogenizing and spray-drying: sterilizing the liquid casein phosphopeptide at the temperature of 80-100 DEG C for 15-30 seconds, and then passing through a homogenizer at the homogenizing pressure of 15-25MPa; and further passing through a spray-drying tower for getting the powdery casein phosphopeptide. The content of the phosphopeptide achieves 20%, the purity is high, and the casein phosphopeptide only has light bitterness and is good in color and luster.
