The invention discloses a preparation method of water-soluble fluorescent
carbon quantum dots based on
eggshell membranes and application of the
carbon quantum dots in preparation of a nanogold and carbon
quantum dot composite nanomaterial. The method particularly comprises the following steps that the
eggshell membranes are stripped, cleaned and dried; a certain quantity of the
eggshell membranes are dispersed in an alkaline solution, the dispersed solution is transferred into a
hydrothermal synthesis kettle, and reacting is conducted under the condition of 150 DEG C to 210 DEG C for 6 h to 18 h; centrifugal
dialysis treatment is conducted, a carbon
quantum dot solution is obtained, the carbon
quantum dot solution is mixed with a
chloroauric acid solution, temperature-controlled reacting is conducted for a period of time, and the nanogold and carbon
quantum dot composite nanomaterial with good
dispersity is obtained. According to the preparation method and application of the water-soluble
carbon quantum dots based on the eggshell membranes, the raw materials for synthesizing the carbon quantum dots are low in price and easy to obtain, the method is simple, the product is good in water
solubility and can be used as a
reducing agent of gold nanoparticles, and usage of an external toxic
reducing agent is avoided. The prepared carbon quantum dots and nanogold and carbon
quantum dot composite nanomaterial can be applied in the fields of sensing detection, bioimaging and catalytic conversion.
