fermentation bed composite padding comprises a rice
hull layer located at the top, a slow release layer located in the middle and a
fermentation layer located at the bottom, the rice
hull layer comprises hydrophobic modified
rice hulls, the slow release layer comprises PLA melt-blown cloth, and the fermentation layer comprises PLA melt-blown cloth. The PLA melt-blown cloth is compounded with microspheres through
hot pressing, and the fermentation layer comprises the following components in parts by
mass: 0.5-2 parts of
aspergillus niger spores, 8-15 parts of
bran and 90-110 parts of
bagasse. The method has the beneficial effects that turning-free, self-
oxygen-adjusting and long-acting fermentation can be realized, and efficient fermentation and long-term stable operation are realized by adopting a three-layer sandwich structure and combining hydrophobic modification, gas slow release and bacterium-
