This invention discloses an
ergothioneine-
curcumin synergistic anti-inflammatory and anti-aging composite composition and its preparation method, relating to the fields of
biomedicine and functional skincare technology. This invention constructs a ternary nanolipid carrier core-shell hierarchical structure consisting of a hydrophobic core, an interface-enhancing layer, and a hydrophilic shell. The hydrophobic core, formed by hydrogenated
lecithin and phytosterols, provides a stable lipid microenvironment for
curcumin. The oil-water interface region of the
lipid bilayer utilizes its polar gradient to directionally anchor
piperine molecules from black
pepper extract, allowing
piperine to be precisely positioned at the lipid membrane interface. The hydrophilic shell, composed of thiolated
hyaluronic acid, covalently connects
ergothioneine via
thiol-disulfide bonds, stably fixing
ergothioneine to the carrier surface. This allows it to exert its
antioxidant protective effect upon contact with the
skin or mucous membranes, while simultaneously preventing the migration and
diffusion of ergothioneine into the inner lipid region. This achieves spatially ordered partitioning and functional
synergy of the three active ingredients.
