Trepang sheet feed stuff and method of preparing the same

The invention relates to flake-shaped feed for sea cucumber and a preparation method thereof. The ingredients in the feed and the ratios thereof are as follows: sargassum thunbergii dried powder 30%, fish meal 4.5%, fresh kelp 20%with 70% liquid water content, dusty yeast 5%, corn protein 8%, compound enzyme 0.5%, compound vitamin 1%, mineral salt 1%, water 10% and muddy sand 20% with grain diameter of about 100 micron. The preparation method comprises the steps of adding 50% water to the fresh kelp, grinding the kelp with water for 6-7 times through a stuff grinder, adding other ingredients for stirring uniformly after degumming, extruding the mixture of the kelp, the water and other ingredients through a bulking machine at a low temperature of 1-10 DEG C, slicing the mixture into 2mm thick, and drying.
