buoy comprises a transparent hemispherical shell, a cylindrical shell, a
photovoltaic power generation system, an oscillation floater type wave energy power generation device and a
mooring system. The
photovoltaic power generation unit on the inner surface of the hemispherical shell utilizes
sunlight to generate power and inputs the power into the
energy storage battery; the bottom of the cylindrical shell is connected with the
mooring system and anchored to the
seabed; an
inertia pendulum power generation module of the wave energy power generation device is installed in two vertical directions, when the
inertia pendulum power generation module is excited by
random waves, the device captures multi-degree-of-freedom energy in
sea waves for power generation, and the multi-degree-of-freedom energy is input into an
energy storage battery after being rectified. The energy conversion structure of the power generation device is simple and integrated in the equipment, and the damage of
seawater to a core power generation part can be prevented during working; two power generation mechanisms of
solar energy and wave energy are combined to realize power generation in different sea areas and under different wave conditions, the energy output efficiency is effectively improved, and the stored
electric energy can continuously
supply energy to various sensors in the drifting
buoy so as to prolong the endurance time of carried observation equipment.
